Step 1: Take the Disaster Management Networks Burnout Survey
Whether or not you work in Texas, this is an opportunity to share how burnout is impacting you and your work. We want to understand how burnout influences collaborative capacity. Use this link to access the 5-minute survey. Your answers will be kept confidential. Participation is voluntary.
Step 2: Complete the Pre-Interview Survey
If you work or volunteer for an agency that works in disaster management within the State of Texas, you are invited to participate in a 90-minute, semi-structured interview to discuss how your organization collaborates with other agencies. Prior to the interview, participants are asked to complete this pre-interview survey. This survey collects basic information about your organization and ensures the 90-minute interview time can be utilized effectively.
Step 3: Schedule a 90-minute Interview
In this 90-minute interview (completed via Zoom), we will discuss how your organization collaborates with other agencies. Use the Calendly form to select a date and time that is convenient for you.
